From our Lupine thrones in Our canton of Petrea THule do We, Edouard, King of Ealdormere, by right of arms, and Genevieve, by inspiration Our most gracious Queen, send greetings. Be it known that We do recognize the exemplary service of Daffyd ap Sion for seeing that the art of archery is alive and well in Ealdormere and other kingdoms and that he assists newcomers while service as exchequer for seven years as well as other offices. We do here commend him and are pleased to bestow upon him the Award of the Maiden's Heart and the right to bear the badge of the award. Given this 7th day of June, anno societatis XXXVIII, at Pikeman's Pleasure XIII, in testimony whereof We have set Our hands and seal.
