Know that We have granted et by this present charter of ours have confirmed to the honourable Lord Daffydd ap Sion, nobleman of Ealdormere to have et to hold as long as he lives freely, honorably et fully, to that no one thereone shall resume to offer hurt or hindrance, to grant him recompense et rcognition for extensive service to the archery comunity et as archery marshall for the kingdom, as he is our most loyal servant whom we retain specially in our court to be known hereafter as a companion of the Order of the Wain. We grant this title et estate before our seneschal, as the law of Ealdormere accords.
