Be it known that We Edouard, King by right of arms, and Genevieve, Our Queen, having come to recognise the the service and contributions of Mhild of Petrea THule, do wish to confer upon her an Award of Arms. She has distinguished herself by her wish to help her Canton, by becoming its Chiurgeon. As well, amogither many good deeds that has assisted newcomers to Our lands, and selflessly transported them to events. Not all her skills peaceable, though, as she has learned to make maile and soon plans to pass on the history of the Belicose Arts. However, even with this busy schedule she found the time to Steward this event. For these accomplishment do We bestow upon her the right to bear arms in the SCA without hindrance, and the right and responsabilities of this rank. By Our hand and seal on this 7th day of June, AS 38, while on Our thrones in Our Canton of Petrea Thule.
