A weekend camping event with lots of heavy combat, archery and also featuring an equestrian demostration! Come and join us as we celebrate THL Augustyn's 40th Birthday Bash in true Ealdormerian style!
Due to the horses, we regret that there are NO DOGS allowed on the site.
Camping special notes:
Potable water is available on site
There are a limited number of firepit campsites - first come, first served
No power hook-ups in the camping area
Heavy Combat Schedule
11:00am - Armour Inspections
12:00pm - Battle of Hells Gate
1:30pm - Forest Battles of Capture the Flag
4:00pm - Augustyn's Challenge!
For Augustyn's Challenge, all fighters will begin in a designated area with whatever weapon form they choose to bring. This will be a winner take all battle to the last fighter. No double limbs or best of three. Partners or teams are permitted but in the end... it will come down to one.
5:00pm onwards - pickups and sparring
The site will feature a full Archery set up with an IKAC, a Royal Round, and a roving range with a very special final station.
Saturday Archery Schedule
10:00am - Range will open for kit inspections and practice
11:00am - IKAC
12:00pm - Lunch
1:00pm to 4:00pm - Roving Range
Sunday open shooting 10:00am until 1:00pm.
Arts & Sciences Circle
Saturday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm

FROM SOUTH AND WEST
Take your best route to Hwy 400 North to Barrie
Exit 400 via Bayfield Street/Hwy 27
Continue north on Hwy 27 through Elmvale (do not bare right on 27 to Midland)
1 km out of Elmvale turn left onto County Rd.6
Continue north on County Rd 6 through Wyevale and Perkinsfield towards Lafontaine**At Concession 16 turn left for 3 km through the village of Lafontaine
Turn right at Cedar Point Road for 2.2 km
Turn left on Concession 18 (still called Cedar Point Road) and proceed straight for 3.1 km (do not turn right off Conc.18 to follow Cedar Pt. Rd)
Turn right onto Sandy Bay Road
Turn left into field where signed

Take your best route to Hwy 400 N and Hwy 12 W (approximately Waubaushene)
Take Hwy 12 W to Hwy 93

Turn left on Balm Beach Road for 6.2 km to County Rd 6
Turn right on County Rd 6 towards Lafontaine
Then follow ** for directions from south and west.
