Duties: The Exchequer is the group treasurer, and is in charge of the financial affairs of the group. The Exchequer keeps accurate records of the income and expenses of the group, but is not the final say on how the funds are to be disbursed.

Heralds are in charge of making announcements and helping people research their names and heraldic devices in preparation for submission to the College of Heralds. The warranted Herald may also speak with the voice of Their Majesties (or Their representatives) during courts.

Duties: The A&S Minister is responsible for promoting the arts and sciences activities to the local group. The A&S Minister does not need to be talented in the arts and sciences–they need to be enthusiastic and be able to encourage others to participate.

Duties: Chirurgeons provide voluntary first aid at events. Members of the Chirurgeonate must be certified in the modern world in first aid, and are usually available at events to provide first aid for minor injuries.
